The Cadillac Club of North Jersey is an organization that bands together Cadillac enthusiasts of all ages and creeds in appreciation of the world’s finest luxury brand of automobiles. Founded in 1991, the CCNJ is dedicated to the preservation, restoration and enjoyment of all Cadillac vehicles. In August 2013 CCNJ became a permanent region of the Cadillac LaSalle Club. The club was incorporated in New Jersey in 1992, we have weekly outdoor meetings during the good weather months and monthly indoor meeting during the cold weather months. Each year, the club usually arranges at least two Cadillac-only shows, several parade opportunities, a brunch and some “cruises” around the tri-state area. On these “cruises” we gather at a starting point, then travel in a convoy to a planned destination.
We publish and distribute a monthly newsletter year ’round which includes updates on club activities, technical tips, personal stories about members and their cars, and other items of interest to the general membership. Our activities permit members to better enjoy the common bond they share in ownership of these cars. In this way, members can exchange information about parts sources, repair facilities and technical and restoration tips. Occasionally the club receives requests from movie and television producers looking for vintage cars. Several members’ cars have appeared in movies such as “A Bronx Tale” featuring Robert DiNiro and “Malcolm X” with Denzel Washington.
The CCNJ welcomes all years and models into our club and encourages members to show off their Cadillacs whether they be old or new, showroom condition or works in progress. If you share a passion for these fine automobiles please join us as we drive the past into the future.
